Chi-town

I had a great time in Chicago this past weekend. Both Britty and Jordan were visiting. Britty had gone to DePaul last year so she is much more familiar with the city than I am, and gave Jordan and I a grand tour. One of the stops was a parking garage for a hospital. The view from the top of the garage was absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately, the city was super foggy that day (smog?), and the lighting was bad so I don't really think I did it justice. Regardless, I now know where to go when I need look at something beautiful. Thanks Britty!

Hey everyone,
Sorry I have been such a failcat about posting lately. Hopefully I'll get my act together.

I was back home last week because my sister just had her high school graduation! To celebrate Marlee and I went out for coffee and went for a walk by Lake Michigan. I think she looks so great in these pictures! Congrats again Marlee!!

I took this picture when I was wandering the Michigan Ave. I think this was the first time I've seen the Trump Tower completed. I remember when construction first started on it I had my college auditions, and I walked by it every day to get to my auditions. Now it's done and I'm a Junior at Emerson! Bananas.

I don't know why, but recently I have been attempting to master the art of taking self-portraits. (It has not been going that well. Most of them are hideous and will never see the light of day.) I'm thinking about investing in a remote control to take my pictures. I really don't have the patience to use the self timer.

ANYWAYSSSS these are pictures of me in my studio in Chicago. I've only been here a couple of days, but so far i'm loving Chi-town. It's so much bigger than Boston. Unfortunately, the internet in my apartment is a little spotty so it has been very difficult to post pictures. Hopefully i'll get my pictures of the city up in a couple of days.
